Welcome to Wontonee Micro Services (Formerly Wontonee DigitalCraft LLP).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our digital products, including WordPress Plugins, Micro-Services, Bagisto Extensions, SaaS Features, and API-based tools ("Services"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authority to enter this agreement
  • Agree to comply with these Terms

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

2.1 License Type

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the product on the number of domains included in your plan.

2.2 Domain Binding

  • Each license is tied to one specific domain, unless stated otherwise.
  • Domain mapping is unique per product.
  • A mapped domain cannot be reused unless renewed or upgraded.

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product
  • Modify code for resale
  • Reverse-engineer the software
  • Bypass license validation
  • Remove credits or branding
  • Use the Services for illegal or abusive activity

Violation may result in license termination without refund.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (and USD where applicable). Taxes and gateway fees may apply.

3.2 Accepted Payments

  • UPI
  • Cards / Net Banking
  • Razorpay
  • PhonePe
  • Stripe (for international users)

3.3 Payment Confirmation

Access to downloads, keys, support, and updates is granted only after successful payment.

4. Refund Policy (No Refund Policy)

Since our products are digital, instantly delivered, and license-based, all sales are final.

5. Support & Updates

5.1 Support Includes:

  • Bug fixes
  • Installation guidance
  • License activation help

5.2 Support Excludes:

  • Custom feature development
  • Server/hosting configuration
  • Third-party conflicts
  • Full installation service
  • Fixes for user-modified code

5.3 Updates

Active licenses receive updates. Expired licenses do not.

6. API, Micro-Services & SaaS Usage

  • API usage is limited by plan (quota, domain binding, rate limits).
  • Abuse may result in throttling or temporary/permanent suspension.
  • API keys must be kept confidential.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, code, design, branding, and assets are the intellectual property of:

You cannot copy, resell, or create derivative products for resale.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate licenses if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You attempt piracy or code tampering
  • You initiate a chargeback
  • Fraudulent/abusive behavior is detected

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue
  • Third-party conflicts
  • Server downtime
  • Website issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
