Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products provided by
Wontonee Micro Services (Formerly Wontonee DigitalCraft LLP).
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final for:
- WordPress plugins
- Bagisto extensions
- Micro-services
- API credits
- SaaS subscriptions
- One-time downloadable packages
Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
2. No Refunds For:
- Wrong product selection
- Theme/plugin conflict
- Hosting/server issues
- Lack of technical skill
- Misunderstanding of features
- Domain activation issues
- License expiration
- Discounted/sale products
- Third-party issues
3. Exception Cases (Very Rare)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Product is completely non-functional
- The issue is solely from our side
- We cannot fix it within 7 business days
Decision is solely at the discretion of WMS.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated:
- License is permanently revoked
- Account is banned
- Legal action may be taken for digital misuse
